These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Broker Toolkit platform operated by Empower LO LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using Broker Toolkit, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
Broker Toolkit is offered as a monthly subscription at the price displayed at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically each month. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
You agree to use Broker Toolkit only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:
Newsletter Pro uses artificial intelligence to generate content. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content should be reviewed before publishing. You are responsible for the content you publish through the platform.
Broker Toolkit integrates with HighLevel (GoHighLevel) and its white-label platforms. We are not affiliated with HighLevel Inc. Integration requires valid HighLevel credentials. We do not store your HighLevel passwords.
The Broker Toolkit platform, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Empower LO LLC. Content you create using the platform (newsletters, analyses, etc.) belongs to you.
Broker Toolkit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
